Znapio was introduced in Royal Canin's Nordic organization to help monitor store visibility in different sales channels. Sales representatives who go around the stores report on the realization of store visibility with the Znapio application in thousands of retail locations across Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Easier than an instant messaging

Znapio is used by everyone working in sales and marketing. The photos taken in the store are transparently visible to all members of the Nordic team.

The implementation of Znapio went smoothly and the new employees were able to use it quickly without training. Field staff can share store visibility images and information with a mobile app even more easily than with an instant messaging app or email. They do not have to write anything in connection with the pictures.

The application automatically marks the photos with store information, and additional information defining the campaign, product category, etc. can be added from the drop-down menus. In this way, the photos are stored systematically, and photos can be easily searched for, for example, from a certain chain, campaign and category.
