Biocodex is an international pharmaceutical company. Biocodex's key therapeutic areas are the microbiome, women's health, orphan drugs, and neuropsychiatry.
Biocodex’s sales representatives visit pharmacies across Finland to train pharmacy staff and promote the proper use of their products. At the beginning of 2024, Biocodex started using the Znapio photo reporting solution. Previously, store visibility photos were sent via email or WhatsApp. Thanks to Znapio, store visibility images are now organized by pharmacy, chain, product category, and other possible classifications. Marketing actions and POS (point of sale) materials at retail locations can now also be verified systematically and objectively with Znapio. This data can be utilized in campaign feedback discussions with chains.

Soon after its implementation, it was observed that the store visit data produced by Znapio would also be beneficial to integrate into Biocodex’s Salesforce CRM system, making it easier to produce comprehensive reports. The integration was technically easy to carry out thanks to modern interfaces. Now, the store visit data generated by Znapio is updated in real-time into the Salesforce system.

Znapio has also improved the flow of information between sales, marketing and all employees, enabling everyone to quickly access the resources they need for their daily tasks.
