Znapio is a  tool designed to support field teams in their daily work. Whether it's documenting in-store campaigns, capturing photos, sharing updates, or following up on tasks, Znapio makes it easier to stay organized and connected. Our platform is used by sales and marketing teams across the Nordics to improve communication between the field and the office, ensure campaign execution, and gather insights from thousands of store visits. With features for photo documentation, checklists, learning modules, and reporting, Znapio helps teams work more consistently and efficiently. We focus on building a solution that’s easy to use, quick to roll out, and flexible enough to fit into different workflows. From small pilots to company-wide rollouts, Znapio is built to scale as needs evolve. Znapio is developed and managed by a small, dedicated team with backgrounds in software development, marketing, and retail. We're based in Norway and Finland and work closely with our customers to continuously improve the platform.
